Situated on 60 picturesque acres in beautiful Novelty, Ohio, Scenic Run Equestrian Center is a state-of-the-art facility framed by the Chagrin River. Stall Areas

The stalls available for your horses are not the typical "barn type" stalls you may find elsewhere. The features and highlights of our 48 custom stalls are as follows:
  • Rubber Flooring - Padded, raised substrate for comfort.
  • Kiln Dried Bagged Bedding - No dust or foreign elements.
  • Variable Speed Fans - Each stall can be regulated individually.
  • Nelson Automatic Watering System.
  • Pyranha Pest Control System - Throughout entire facility
  • Heated Grooming Stalls - Complete with in-house vacuum system.
  • Heated Wash Stalls - Spacious lighted area. In-house vacuum system.
  • Tack Rooms - 4 rooms with 48 lockers, sinks, and benches.
  • Blacksmith Workshop - Infrared heating, private entrance, secluded.
  • Wide Concrete Aisles.
Indoor Arena

This large indoor arena is loaded with custom features. The substrate material used in the arena is a red clay that has been laser-leveled. Then it is coated with a sand/clay mixture that resembles most baseball infields. The stirrup rails and inlaid mirrors make for a pleasurable riding experience. Other features include:

  • Natural Lighting - Can be enhanced with overhead lighting.
  • Insulated Building - For year-round comfort.
  • Ventilation System - Controls odors and cleans air.
  • Sprinkling System - For dust control.
  • Speaker/Monitor System - Can play music and voice commands.
  • Observation Deck - Spacious second floor spectating area.
  • Private Observation Room - Tinted, one-way glass for private viewing.
Outdoor Arena, Pastures, Paddocks and Trails
Over 100 acres of natural trails, and additional turnout spaces. Our beautiful pastures currently include:
  • Six All Weather Turnouts - For year-round use.
  • Limestone Quality Substrate.
  • 24 Hour Onsite Monitoring - For safety and security.
  • Secure Fencing - Quality split-rail construction.
  • 100 Acres of Natural Trails.
Luxurious Lounge Area
Our heated lounge area provides our clients with many away from home luxuries such as:
  • Executive Office Room - Complete with computer and video viewing access.
  • Private Viewing Room - Quite area with student study room.
  • Workout Facility - Exercise equipment with mirrors and satellite television.
  • Kitchen - Furnished with a microwave, refrigerator/freezer and ample countertop space. Snacks available.
  • His and Her Restrooms - Clean, decorative gender friendly facilities.
